Currently engaged in a specialized law and counseling practice devoted to litigation, mediation and arbitration services, as well as counseling on financial regulatory and enforcement matters, crisis avoidance and crisis management, Employee Safety Concerns Programs, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”) issues, the rendering of second opinions and development of litigation strategies.
